Army units eliminate terrorists in several areas, citizens injured in terrorist attacks

Provinces, (SANA) – Units of the armed forces carried out operations against terrorists’ dens and gatherings in Aleppo and its countryside, inflicting heavy losses upon them.

7 citizens injured by mortar shells in Damascus

Seven citizens were injured by mortar shells fired by terrorists on Bab Touma neighborhood in Damascus.A source at the Police Command told SANA that a mortar shell fired by terrorists landed on a house’s balcony in Adeeb Isaq Street in Bab Touma neighborhood, causing the injury of seven citizens and material damage to the house.

Child injured by explosion of IED planted by terrorists in Damascus Countryside

One child was injured when an explosive device, planted by terrorists near the outskirts of al-Wafidin Camp in Damascus Countryside, went off.

A source at the Police Command told SANA that the IED was planted at the outskirts of the Camp which is located near the fields of Douma area, and that its explosion caused a child to be injured by shrapnel, adding that the child was rushed to a hospital immediately.

Army prevents terrorists from infiltrating al-Qadam area in Damascus

A military source told SANA that an army unit killed all members of an armed terrorist group attempted to infiltrate from al-Qadam neighborhood to the neighboring safe areas in Damascus, seizing their weapons, including a sniper rifle, RPG launcher and machineguns.

Terrorist groups eliminated in Daraa province

The army eliminated entire terrorist groups in Daraa city and destroyed a number of their hideouts and vehicles south of Daraa Central Prison and in the town of Otman.

An army unit repelled a terrorist group which attempted to attack locals near the technical institute in Daraa al-Balad.

In the town of Enkhel, army units carried out a special operation in which they destroyed terrorist hideouts, killing dozens of terrorists in injuring others, with the surviving terrorists fleeing with the injured to the occupied territories to treat them in Israeli hospitals.

A military source told SANA that the army clashed with terrorists in the area of al-Hrak in Daraa countryside and killed and injured scores of them, among them were Abdul-Hakem al-Dar’an and Adeeb al-Shraidi.

The army units also destroyed terrorists’ hideouts in the areas of al-Sad, Mukhayam Daraa and al-Souq and killed a number of terrorists, many of them of non-Syrian nationalities.

Jordanian terrorist Ammar al-Doujan al-Shbaikat, leader of Jabhet al-Nusra- affiliate group, in addition to terrorists Ahmad Talla and Thaer Sami al-Fa’ouri were identified among the dead.

Terrorist groups steal grain stores in Daraa countryside

Chairman of Daraa branch of the General Company for Grain Trade said that the armed terrorist groups stole the grain stores in Busra al-Sham in Daraa countryside.

Chairman of the branch Essam al-Sayasneh told SANA that the stores contained 1300 tons of wheat, which were stolen by the armed terrorist groups.

Army operations against terrorists in Aleppo province continue

A military source told SANA that the army units destroyed terrorists’ gatherings and vehicles in the area surrounding the central prison, Tal Msabeen and Hreitan in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

Other army units killed and injured many terrorists in the villages of Kweirs, al-Jadeda, Arbed and Deir Hafer in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.

The source added that the army units destroyed terrorists’ dens along with the weapons and ammunition inside them in the neighborhoods of Karm al-Jazmati, al-Fardous, al-Shaar, Qadi Askar, Karm Homad and Masaken Hanano.

The source pointed out that other army units stormed terrorists’ gatherings in al-Sakhour neighborhood and near al-Haouzz rounabout in Bab al-Nayrab, in addition to destroying 4 cars loaded with weapons and ammunition near al-Kastilo area in Aleppo city.

Yesterday, the Army units tightened its full control over Karm al-Qaser neighborhood, al-Merandi bulding and Oil factories to the north of al-Nyrab Airport, after killing large number of terrorists and dismantling many explosive devices.

Authorities seize car loaded with weapons and ammunition in Homs countryside

Authorities seized on Sunday a car loaded with weapons and ammunition near al-Hamediyeh village’s junction in al-Misherfeh area in Homs countryside.

An official source told SANA that the seized weapons, included a number of machine guns. Ammunition and a base of heavy machine guns.

Army units eliminate scores of terrorists in Homs countryside

 

Units of the armed forces carried out operations against a terrorists’ den in Homs countryside, killing and injuring scores of them.

 

A source told SANA that among the dead terrorists were Wasim Yaser Awad, Faraj al-Mer’ai, Mousa Beitar, Anas al-Kateb, Ahmad Mr’ai, Mazen al-Zoubi, Ibrahim al-Kalid and Anas al-Zoubi.

The source added that another army unit killed and injured a number of terrorists in Hawsh Hajo in al-Saan area, who were firing mortar shells on Kfar Abid’s citizens.

The source pointed out that a number of terrorists were killed while they were planting an explosive device on the road of the National Hospital in Taldao.

Army units eliminated a number of terrorists and injured others in al-Qusour area, in the village of al-Dar al-Kabire and east of al-Abbudiye dump in al-Qseir’s southern countryside.

Terrorists killed in Lattakia countryside

A military source told SANA that an army unit destroyed a number of cars equipped with heavy machine guns, listening devices and a rocket launcher, in addition to killing 19 terrorists affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra in Rabi’a area in Lattakia countryside.

The source added that among the dead terrorists were Osama al-Nemir, one of Jabhat al-Nusra leaders in the area, Khalid Zatar and Jafar Zainab from Iraq, Alaa al-Mazz from UAE and Kmal Fakhir-Eddin from Lebanon.

Army units clash with terrorists in Deir Ezzor

Army units clashed with armed terrorist groups in the neighborhoods of al-Reshdiye and al-Rasafeh in Deir Ezzor city, eliminating a number of them including Hussam Fteih, Hammoud Mohammad al-Ta’ameh, and Nidal Jassem al-Barri.

On a relevant note, dozens of terrorists were killed or injured in infighting among terrorist groups near the salt mine in Deir Ezzor province. Among the dead terrorists were Nayef Mohammad al-Haj Fadel, Mohammad Jassem al-Abdellatif, and Khodr Bilal al-Murabe’a.
