Army operations against terrorists continue in several areas

Provinces, (SANA)- Army units on Monday continued their operations against armed terrorist groups in several areas across the country.

Terrorists killed in Daraa

A military source told SANA that the army units stormed terrorists’ dens and gatherings in the areas surrounding Bilal al-Habashi Mosque and al-Yarmouk school in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood.

The source added that the army units killed all members of two armed terrorist groups neal al-Masri roundabout and in al-Manshiyeh neighborhood, in addition to destroying their weapons and ammunition.

An armed terrorist group was eliminated on the crossroad of Samlin and Zamrin villages in the eastern part of the province.

Army units kill scores of terrorists in Damascus Countryside

Units of the armed forces carried out operations against terrorists’ dens and gatherings in several areas in Damascus Countryside, inflicting heavy losses upon them.

Sources told SANA that the army units killed 3 terrorists affiliated to the so-called “Islamic Front” in the second Island of the workers city of Ardra.

In the same context, an army unit killed 3 terrorists to the east of the electricity company in Joubar neighborhood.

The sources added that the army units killed 40 terrorists in al-Mleiha town, while another army unit destroyed a terrorist den along with the weapons and ammunition inside it in al-Ebb farms, killing scores of terrorists inside the den, including Ammar Sheleh.

In Darayaa, the army units clashed with armed terrorist groups near al-Forn roundabout, al-Fosul al-Arba’a, killing and injuring scores of them.

In al-Qadan area, the army units continued hunting terrorists in Bor Said and al-Madniyeh neighborhoods, killing and injuring many of them.

Meanwhile, scores of terrorists were killed while they were planting an explosive device at the entrance of Erbin town.

Army inflicts heavy losses upon terrorists in Homs

A military source said that the army units killed and injured scores of terrorists in al-Daar al-Kabera and al-Khaldiyeh villages in Homs countryside.

The source added that other army units repelled terrorists’ attempt to attack citizens in al-Misherfeh village, killing many of them.

Terrorist eliminated, their vehicles destroyed in Aleppo

Army units eliminated entire terrorist groups in the neighborhoods of al-Sukkari, Karm Maysser, al-Marjeh, al-Salhin, al-Ansari, al-Sha’ar, al-Jazmati and Balat in Aleppo city.

In Aleppo countryside, army units destroyed terrorists’ vehicles loaded with weapons and ammo near Aleppo Central Prison, the villages of Kuwayris, Erbid, al-Jdaideh, Mayer, al-Maslamiye, and the industrial city in Sheikh Najjar.

A number of terrorists were killed and their vehicles were destroyed in an army special operation targeting their gatherings in Nasrallah area and on the highway between Aleppo and Raqqa.

Army eliminates Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Lattakia

Army units destroyed two terrorist weapons and ammunition caches and eliminated a number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the northern countryside of Lattakia.

A military source told SANA that an army unit destroyed terrorists’ hideouts and a weapon warehouse, killing a number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists, among them Abu al-Haitham al-Hijazi, Abu Jarir al-Hijazi, Abu al-kumait al-Hijazi, the leaders of armed terrorist groups in Wadi Hazrin in Lattakia countryside.

The source added that another army unit destroyed terrorist cache containing B10 and B7 rocket launchers and a stolen oil tank, killing a number of terrorists and injuring others in the villages of Dourin, Salma, al-Dwairkiyeh, Tiryah, and Marj Khoukha.

Terrorists Abdel-Rahman Mohammad al-Dahshouri from Egypt, Abu Samah from Libya and terrorists Ahmad Madad and Radwan al-Haj were identified among the dead.

Army units eliminated armed terrorist groups and destroyed four cars of theirs, one of which was carrying explosives, in the villages of Kafar Delbeh, Ain al-Qantara, Amzin, Ain Issa, Ablaq and al-Dweirkeh.

The bodies of the terrorists Issam Mehho, Ayman Qanisho, Haitham al-Sabah, Mohammad Abdin, Saleh Hekko, Raed Salah, Abu Radwan al-Homsi, Thaer al-Shammat, Rajab Radi, Assaf al-Haj Ali, Safwan Husseino, Rajab Sheikh al-Ard were identified among the dead.

The source pointed out that an armed terrorist group that attempted to attack a military checkpoint in al-Moqima area was eliminated.

The bodies of the terrorists Mohammad al-Masri, from Egypt, Burhan al-Sheikh Hassan and Abdul-Rahman Atallah were identified among the dead, the source added.

Terrorists killed in Idleb, Hama

 

An army unit killed members of an armed terrorist group to the west of Sarmin town in Idleb countryside, a source told SANA, adding that the bodies of the terrorists Mohammad Mokhlef al-Hussein, Ali Mostafa al-Khaled and Ali Mohammad were identified among the dead.

 

In Hama, an army unit killed members of an armed terrorist group that attempted to plant explosives on Meharda-al-Shir road in the countryside.

The bodies of the terrorists Mohammad Manaf Bekat, Abdul-Rahman al-Nabi and Mohammad Taha Awad were identified among the dead.

Army units eliminate terrorists in Deir Ezzor

An army unit eliminated a number of terrorists and injured others in the neighborhoods of al-Rashdiye, al-Matar al-Qadim, and al-Sina’a in Deir Ezzor City.

Among the dead terrorists were Yassin Abdellatif and Saeed al-Bakr.

The army carried out a special operation at al-Baath Bridge in al-Huwaiqa neighborhood which resulted in destroying a car loaded with weapons and ammo and the elimination of the six terrorists inside it.

Anoter unit clashed with a terrorist group in the village of al-Marya’ia, eliminating most of its members including Ma’en Ibrahim al-Abd.

Terrorists’ hideouts and car destroyed in Hasaka

An army unit destroyed terrorists’ hideouts and a car loaded with weapons and ammo near Tishreen Oil Field 20 kilometers southeast of Hasaka city, killing a number of terrorists and injuring others.
