Upon the directives of President al-Assad, Endowments Ministry calls for prayer for rain on Friday

Upon the directives of President Bashar al-Assad, Ministry of Endowments called on the imams, preachers and the citizens to perform prayer for rain in all cities of Syria on Friday January 31, 2014

The Ministry also called on the citizens to fast 3 days before the prayers and giving alms to the poor
